At Door To Door Holidays we take trips around the UK and abroad all year round – even at Christmas! We have three Christmas holidays to choose from – read on to find more about them.
If you fancy a break but are happy to stay in the UK, our four night stay in Great Yarmouth may be just the thing for you. We’ll be visiting the coast from 23rd – 27th December, and staying at the Arden Court Hotel. Activities include a pantomime, the Christmas Circus, and meeting Santa on a river cruise on the broads. Of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a hearty Christmas dinner, a treasure hunt and party games. If you prefer a slower pace after filling up on turkey, you can relax in the cosy lounge.
Combine English traditions with an exotic setting by joining us in Spain from Christmas Eve. This eight day all-inclusive holiday starts with the festive Christmas Markets, where you can soak up the atmosphere and pick up any last-minute goodies. From there we head back to the apartment to decorate the Christmas tree, make decorations, watch carol singers and eat mince pies. It doesn’t get more festive than that!
On Christmas Day there will be gifts, dinner, party games and Christmas movies. Boxing Day will be a more relaxed affair, with a stroll along the promenade in Mazzaron, a treasure hunt and evening entertainment. The rest of the holiday is ours to enjoy, exploring the local area and shopping for souvenirs.
Our Prague holiday is scheduled for a few weeks before Christmas, and it’s perfect if you’d prefer to spend the day itself in the comfort of your own home with friends and family. The Christmas Markets offer a wonderful atmosphere to get you into the Christmas spirit, and you’ll be able to pick up some unique gifts for everyone back home. Mulled wine, carols and food will add to the festivities, and we also have some sightseeing planned, including Prague Castle, a tour of the city, and a river cruise.
